Return Policy
Due to the nature of this product, returns cannot be accepted. However, a credit/ replacement can be given if deemed damaged or unsafe to use with proof that the vegetables/products are unusable at the time of delivery or pickup. City Girl With Country Roots is not liable for any products/vegetables that haven't been stored or processed according to food safety standards once delivered or picked up, by the customer. City Girl With Country Roots reserves the right to make changes without notice.
Change/Skip Box
You have the option to skip a delivery or change your delivery date once during the season. This request will need to be emailed 48 hours in advance to citygirlwithcountryroots@gmail.com. Failure to notify promptly will result in the box being delivered to you or donated. No refunds or makeup boxes.
Substitutions
City Girl With Country Roots grows common & sometimes unique varieties of vegetables that can & cannot be found in local grocery stores/markets. Vegetables are planned and planted according to the number of subscriptions, not leaving room or allowing for many, if any substitutes, especially in the Fall. City Girl With Country Roots doesn't have the manpower or capacity to make such changes with every box. However, some exceptions can be made on a box-by-box basis.
